With our products, we have earned customer loyalty in our home market of Japan and more than 60 countries across the globe.Your MissionDevelop and grow Fuso bus sales in international markets profitablyYour challenge and development:Work with cross functional and cross organizational teams with multicultural background:Learn and establish Fuso bus products for various regions:Transition into electric mobility products:Grow into a comprehensive sales professional with a strong international and product backgroundYour Responsibility:Define a sales plan for buses along with Daimler Regional Centres and ensure that the plan is achieved consistently:Identify potential new markets for the existingbus products of MFTBC in various regions and prepare business cases for market entry:Identify scope for product portfolio extension in the existing bus markets and prepare for market entry of the new / extended product range:Co:ordinate with product management team for various product readiness and homologation timelines:Develop market intelligence for buses in international markets:Visit various regional centres, business partners, dealers, body builders and customers to build a comprehensive picture of market and product requirements as required:Support the RCs in making pricing proposals and sales concepts for increasing sales in assigned markets to support / guide distributors in reaching / exceeding target volumes / market share:Support order management functions of MFTBC and DICV to ensure on time execution of incoming orders:Track the regulations in the market and take necessary steps to proactively comply with the regulations and adapt to the changes quickly:Ensure that all business conduct is in accordance with the relevant Daimler policies:Lead and drive a team and performance:Be a part of Bus Excom and steer bus business successfully**Qualifications**:(:Degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Importante empresa or related fielded:Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in automotive sales):Business level English.
