The position holder is in general accountable for the accomplishment of the following tasks:Key focus on meeting company annual sales targets, reviewed on a regular basis against a KPI dashboardGrow the pipeline with new (hunting) prospects and following up with leadsIdentify and foster business relationships with tier 1 prospects for future winsDevelop an in:depth knowledge of the Air Logistics industry and key playersStrong leadership skills:Dependant on the success in the region, the position will likely have direct reports at some point, so team leadership would be important.
