Our Peru office specializes in talented IT professionals that are committed to deliver the best quality solutions to support TRANZACTs core business.**What Youll Be Doing**:Assist in the recruiting process of different IT positions.:Post Job Recquisitions in various job boards and social networks like LinkedIn.:Carry out english screenings.:Understand the internal customer requirements and constantly follow:up with hiring managers.:Schedule Interviews, send technical assessments, among other tasks that support the hiring process.:Perform hunting of IT profiles on LinkedIn an other sources.:Keep track of applicants in the mid and long term**Qualifications**:Bachelors degree in Psychology or Business Administration.:1 year of experience in IT recruiting.:Excellent communication skills in both english and spanish:Familiar with boolean searches in LinkedIn.:Understanding of IT profiles like software developer, quality engineer, data engineer, devops, among others.At TRANZACT, our hiring processes ensure equal conditions, objectivity and non:discrimination.
