**Purpose**:Drive the budget, forecasting and consolidation processes in the country. The cornerstone activity of this role is driving consistency and alignment of planning, reporting and methodology in alignment with globally defined planning processes. In addition, cross-functional activities such as driving expenses efficiencies, establishing a consistent reporting environment and optimizing business decisions to maximize profitability are key responsibilities of this position. The role ensures that local and regional teams are provided top notch and highly relevant information, analysis and trade-off alternatives for their business decisions.**Key Responsibilities**:Manage planning and execution of annual budget process and periodical forecasting process giving guidance, clear assumptions and methodology to ensure Forecast Accuracy and work closely together with regional and country teamAlign with business partners to support them in the design of the strategy providing financial support and knowledge of the business and ensuring that the plans are aligned with the strategyPerform a role as finance advisor supporting marketing processes regarding budgets, taxes and contract related activitiesSupport purchasing process governance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures by being first approver in MWB POs approval routes.Develop an active role in educating and assisting marketing associates involved in the procurement process to ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures.Influence to deliver comprehensive plans by analyzing and challenging their projections to promote constant focus on efficiency, expenses, savings and additional business opportunitiesDrive or participate in discussions, projects and analysis looking for business opportunities and financial KPIsDeep understanding of actual numbers, follow up of expense KPIs evolution to provide insights and transparency to FP&A Country lead, Marketing Director and CFOAnalyze tax implications regarding cross country transactions and define payment process.
