If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us...Functional (job responsibilities)Issuance of demand notices (where required)Security documents and cause papers requisitionReviewing of accountsPreparation of necessary documents, Statement of Account, etc by extracting information from system, filling up standard templates, instruct business partners to facilitate end to end legal proceedings (LACA / NLC / Land Office auction, Civil, Execution, POD)Vet, comment / amend (if necessary) contents of draft correspondence, cause papers, submission, judgment / statement, report, agreement, etcMonitoring and tracking progress of legal proceedings cases in line with service standardsUpdating and maintaining information in systemsLiaising with business partners / different departments within the Bank / external partiesUpdating and prompt submission of reportsPerform Self:Audit Check diligently as requiredManagerial (team/group responsibilities)Cooperating with Recovery / Collection department to better recoup the outstanding / minimize lossesFoster inter departmental cooperation to better recoup outstanding owed to Bank / minimize losses**Education**:Degree holderAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
