Job Description:Follow up and track all Service and Sales quotation and the progressActively making out:bound sales calls to existing service customers to win service contract renewalMaintain proper documentations on repair and service jobsCreate training, workshop/ SIC courses registration/renewal process for new service engineers and any relevant course that deem necessary for the service engineersEstablish feedback from customers as and when needed by management /ISOrequirementAssist Chief Service Coordinator and Service Manager on daily operations mattersAny other ad:hoc duties as assigned.Preferred with Importante empresa background.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in MS OfficeSelf:discipline, proactive and le to work independently and as a good team playerPossess good communication skills in English, etc.
