**A Snapshot of Your Day**You will be part of Siemens Energy Perú contributing to Gas Services Business Area.**How You'll Make an Impact**- Built, grow, and maintain an excellent relationship with internal/ external customer, being oriented towards the continuous improvement of the services provided.- Lead internal team to execute projects, identify opportunities, and resolve customer issues.- Drive the resolution of technical and commercial issues, as well as warranty items.- Coordinate with internal team on parts, overhauls, upgrades, and field service for project requirements.- Plan, schedule, prepare documents, make recommendations and implement projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams and customer to plan, prioritize, and sell additional scopes.- Provide technical interface and maintain customer relationships through customer personnel.- Ensure technical correspondence, operating history and configuration records are maintained (as applicable).- Monitor and report on project status including aspects such as technical, quality, safety, contractual, financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction.- Ensure quality topics are documented in quality tools, support the resolution and communication of the corrective/ preventive actions.- Responsible for projects results.- Comply with project management standards and business conduct guidelines such as quality, tax regulations, export control, occupational health and safety.- Obtain IPMA certification as required.**What You Bring***- This Position is to be located in Perú, Brazil or Colombia- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering preferred).- 5-8 years' experience in Project Management responsible for project results. Must be able to deliver complex projects to multiple customers.- Experience in customer facing roles and ability to communicate clearly to senior management is a must.- International, cross-cultural, remote work experience preferred.- Familiarization with Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, Packages, and Controls.- Dedicated, self-starting, creative individual with a working knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry, project engineering skills, and good commercial sense. Knowledge of Agile Methodology.- Project Management certification preferred.- Ability to travel domestic and/ or international as required.
