We will educate these people to become a master of both. It should be noted that every hire - whether functional or technical - will be cross skilled into a techno-functional consultant who wields our software effectively for our clients requirements.This is a consulting role and an employee will usually work on many projects in a year - most lasting anything from a few weeks to a year or more.For this role we seek a professional capable of (i) understanding SAP technical architecture/Basis and it's data model, (ii) speaking to senior IT leaders about how to build out new SAP landscapes and (iii) experience of working a minimum of five (5) SAP Project lifecycles, (iv) speaking about the SAP data model, having some experience of how it is delivered by SAP.Our growth in recent years has been partly focused SAP System Landscape Optimisation (SLO) projects; which are generally transformation projects, often focused on supporting Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) activity at our clients or through our channel partners.We'll ask this position to work across 1-2 live SLO projects at any one time with parallel responsibilities on other non-SLO projects between these engagements.- Essential SkillsEPI-USE Labs people need to be self-sufficient, disciplined and outgoing people, who enjoy travel and working with a diverse set of businesses and people.
