Senior Financial Analyst

Tranzact is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A department; he/she will be part of a collaborative team and work closely with other departments within TRANZACT as well as within the broader company of Willis Towers Watson, in the preparation and analysis of timely and accurate financial information.As part of the Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be involved in budgeting and forecasting processes and in developing financial reports and models to support different business units across the company.- Developing new operating and financial models to provide insight into daily financial performance at the department level.- Maintaining ownership of current operating and financial (cost, KPIs, reconciliations, etc.) reporting for different divisions.- Supporting the monthly financial close process, working closely with the accounting department and other stakeholders.- Building business analytics reports to identify variances and trends.- Troubleshooting errors and discrepancies.
