Vice President / Director, Corporate Sales, SingaporeBusiness:Financial Markets Corporate Sales / Wholesale Banking APACPosition:VP / Director, Corporate Sales**Location**:SingaporeJob OverviewING Financial Markets (FM) is looking for a new member to join its Corporate Sales team in Singapore. Focus will be on new client origination and servicing of existing clients. You will be promoting ING's capabilities in areas like Foreign Exchange, Rates, Commodities and provide hedging ideas and solutions to our corporate clients.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a business relationship with existing and potential clients in collaboration with the Sector coverage bankersCreate, identify, evaluate and explore commercial opportunities for existing and prospective clients. Target an increase in FM 'share of wallet', with due consideration to the client's as well as ING (FM)'s interestsBuild effective relationships with Treasurers or Treasury Managers of our clients and improve the customer experienceActively involved in client pitches, credit approval process ofFM limits, completing FM documentations like ISDA and setting up of relevant FM systems during the client onboarding stageDrive utilisation of FM limits and client profitability by working closely with other FM sales and trading colleagues and other internal stakeholdersAdvise clients on hedging solutions by incorporating ING macro research views and outlookKey competenciesTo be considered for this role, you should ideally possess the following pre:requisites:Degree holder with minimum 8 years of Financial Markets sales experience in a financial institutionStrong knowledge of Financial Markets products is essential, including FX and Rates derivatives Knowledge in commodities will be an advantageGood understanding of regulations that impact the bank or our clientsFluent in English; Mandarin speaking ability will be an advantageExperience in covering and transacting with Chinese clients will be an advantageA strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, self:driven, confident, with an enterprising and "can do" attitude
