Job Details We are looking for a Consumer Insights Director to lead and grow a portfolio of accounts, offering compelling and impactful insights to our client partners, identifying ways to address our clients challenges to ensure sustainable growth for our clients and our business. Key Deliverables:Client Partnership Adds value to client relationships. Based on a deep understanding of our client businesses, designs and takes accountability for leading the account plan and all client interactions. Discusses client feedback and monitors client satisfaction to ensure our service is continually meeting evolving client needs. Manages high profile and large projects making sure that key milestones are hit, appropriate resources are available, and that the client is always kept up to date. Take on a consultative approach in understanding clients' overall objectives through dialogues with key client stakeholders about their ongoing challenges. Commercial Growth Identifies client challenges, prepares proposals accordingly and agrees mutually beneficial agreement with our client partners. Role models commercial awareness to ensure ambitious targets are met. Insights Generation Demonstrates an excellent understanding insights and presents compelling stories to senior audiences Demonstrates personal credibility while drawing from all Kantar Worldpanel portfolios Service Innovation Contributes ideas for improving our services and proactively leads initiatives that will enable us to hit the milestones in our growth plan Communicates with key internal stakeholders and escalates any client concerns to aid senior management with prioritizing investment and development efforts Team Leadership Coach and train line reports and other team members, share knowledge and encourage a culture of learning.
