In this role, you will:- Will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, the overall objective is ensure our members' invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner. Also, taking care of the process for all non alternative revenue.- Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams.- Download the daily bank statements of Citibank and Banco de la Nación so everything can be processed on time.- Inform system support teams of any system features that are not working properly ("bugs")- Respond to and resolve all Member Support Requests within the defined SLA, while providing financially accurate information and highest quality member experience.- All the areas, specially with Community, Events and Growth.**About You**Does the below sound like you?
