We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible to expand Sony AITRIOS System Solutions ( (url removed) ) business presence in Operational Technology field, with focus on German market.You will increase revenue, maximize sales & profit and support smooth business procedures, by evaluating operations and finances, research sales leads, and develop improved business strategies. In addition, you will build strong relationships with System Integrators, Software houses, industrial machine builders, industrial end-customers, expanding business network and representing Sony AITRIOS System Solutions proposition.You will daily collaborate with a team of colleagues, such as technical managers, legal counselors, supply chain staff, engineers while simultaneously reporting to a higher-level staff member such as the Business Development Senior Manager or System Solution Business Unit Head.You will:- Develop New Business in Operational Technology Market in Germany- Analyse prospects profiles and pitch decks, study macro trends and market developments, conduct competitor analysis- Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant data to support team's right choice and decisions- Support business initiatives, projects and implement business expansion strategy- Assist MBRs, QBRs and client meetings to support Business Development team customer relationships growing- Maintain the projects and opportunity pipeline and related reportsYou will have:5+ years of experience in technical sales development role and proven sales track record;Electronic engineering or technical background, preferable in industrial automationAmbition, creativity, smartness, honesty, and communication and negotiation skills are overall fundamental characteristics;Native in German, proficiency in English, a third languageis preferred;Ability to travel accross Germany and Europe.Life at Sony:We ensure Competitive Salaries by using established benchmarking with excellent compensation policies, and encourage healthy Work-Life Balance with hybrid working policies where available.
