Scope of the Role: We are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the client intake process and ensure exceptional customer service for our clients.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage client intake process and ensure excellent customer service Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather necessary information Assist clients with completing required forms and documentation Coordinate initial consultations with attorneys Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on case progress Requirements Strong English communication skills (Must have) 1-3 years of experience in the role. (Must have) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience in customer service or client relations ONLY CVS IN ENGLISH WILL BE ACCEPTED
