As the Senior Specialist, Community Engagement and Social Performance, you will deliver the following:Develop innovative solutions that enhance our clients' social performance by developing programs for a range of stakeholders, including but not limited to:Indigenous groups, communities, academia, non:governmental organizations, government, mediaDesign and deliver capacity development programs consistent with the social performance goals of operations teams, delivering shared benefits and value to stakeholdersRecord, research,identify and anticipate any social risks to project development in compliance with international development standards plus legislative, lender and investor requirements, including solutions to meet these challengesDevelopment of rights and consent programs on behalf of clients to support vulnerable populationsAssist Hatch teams in managing relations with federal and subnational regulatory bodies part of client socio:economic and environmental licensing prerequisitesWork internally and externally to develop proposals and bids to support growth of
