The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing the back end of our CRM system, with dedicated experience specifically in GHL. What you'll be doing: Design and execute effective automation to engage and nurture our customer base. Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of GHL to handle the CRM's backend operations effectively. Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices. Ensure seamless operation of GHL sub-accounts and integrations. Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives. Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Generate regular reports on CRM performance and the impact of email campaigns. Who are we looking for? A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with GHL, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform's functionalities. Proficiency in creating and managing email campaigns, automation, workflows, and tag creation within a CRM environment.
