Classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agency clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations and Customs Regulations.**Responsibilities**:- Monitoring and coordination of Customs procedures.- Daily report to clients on the status of shipments.- Attention to requests, requirements and complaints regarding customer operations.- Compilation and analysis of customs documents.- Knowledge of classifying, preparing and numbering DAMs.- Coordinate the operation of import, export and various regime offices, with the various logistics operators.- Direct contact with the customer.**Qualifications**:- Graduates of the International Business Administration / Foreign Trade Program, related and complementary.- 1 year experience in document management and procedures with maritime and air warehouses.- Experience in confirmation of freight, handling and administrative expenses.- Experience in permit procedures with public entities.- Solid knowledge of the General Customs Law and its Regulations.- Knowledge of tariff classification, taxation and customs valuation.- Knowledge of the various customs regimes: imports, exports, temporary and suspensive, as well as customs operations.- Knowledge and use of SINTAD customs software.- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).- Intermediate level English (preferred).**Details**:- Grade: 007- Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 6:30pm- Modality: In office- Deadline: April 26th**Employee Type**:PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
