You will oversee and in charge of successful implementation of our price management processes, setting rules, work principles and routines, design and deployment of pricing tools, monitoring our pricing performance through established and agreed upon KPIs:all that in collaboration with our business entities and the other global functions.You will report directly to the SVP, Commercial Excellence GC and SEA.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou will aim to develop, implement and enhance necessary processes, tools, KPIs, models and routines to secure strong and sustainable price optimization across the entire company, especially drive the pricing optimization through Value:Based:PricingYou will align with the wider ASSA ABLOY Group and other Divisions to share best practices and to assure best possible coordination of our plans and actions.You will be responsible for the overall Divisional price related goal settingYou will be responsible for overall pricing system architecture, including recommendation and implementation (systems, tools, interfaces)You will provide price performance analysis and provide business recommendationsYou will be responsible for aligning pricing strategies and targets with divisional and global 5:year strategiesYou will be responsible for setting up and agreeing with Business Areas for cross:entity pricing principlesYouwill be responsible for designing and rolling out price management related trainings and workshops.You will be responsible for compliance trainings and awareness.QUALIFICATIONYou need to be highly self:motivated and highly initiated in building pricing strategyYou need to be a business:oriented and communicative leader with interpersonal and cross:cultural skills.You need to have strong business acumen and commercial knowledge to align pricing strategy with business.You need to have strong leadership including managing remotely and managing virtual pricing team (team members from various business units).You know that in order to reach the overall objectives you will need to analyze, plan, communicate, follow up and through as well as give constructive feedback and be flexible in making swift corrections in order to meet all agreed overall business objectives.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, you will need to have minimum 5 years of experience and good track record working within Price Management, in preferably technology sector and/or building material sectorAt least 10 years of professional work experiencesAt least 4 years of team management experiencesYou need to have excellent analytical skills supported and strategic, forward thinking as well as excellent process management.We expect you to have experience in working in complex matrix organizations in an international environment.Good communication skills, attention to details, good planning skills and consistency are equally essential to succeed in this role.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or Importante empresa preferred.
