Department:Research and Development Centre Working Hours:Monday to Friday (Regular hours), one Saturday inJob DescriptionsJob Responsibilities01) To conduct prior arts of IP or new invention searching.02) To study, summarize and compile for IP search and patent watch outcomes.03) To liaise and/or follow up with IP agents, inventor(s), TG legal team and other related parties throughout the patent filing process.04) To prepare, review and comment on the IPs (e.g. novelty search, draft patent, IP proposal, summary of invention, office action, etc.), universities or 3rd parties (e.g. agreement) related documents.05) To arrange meetingor discussion with IP agent and inventor(s) before new IP filing.06) To book meeting room and send meeting invitation.07) To check the Statement of Account sent by IP agents and arrange for payment release.08) To arrange TG representatives, inventor, universities, suppliers, customers or 3rd parties to sign off the documents related to IP, research collaboration project, agreement, etc.09) To update the master list of IP and universities collaboration from time to time.10) To assume and oversee adhoc assignments as required.11) To do documents filing and safekeeping.12) To ensure the documents are processed and handled in a
