The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with utility providers to establish and manage payments for gas and electric bills, meter cards, etc., guaranteeing precise billing for our properties. Supervise the installation of Wi-Fi, gas, and electric services to elevate guest experiences and surpass their expectations. Direct a team in handling utility-related duties, offering guidance and assistance when necessary. Annually assess utility rates to pinpoint opportunities for cost-saving and maintain our properties' competitiveness in the market. Verify the accuracy of taxes and ensure timely payments. Ideal Profile Qualifications: Prior experience in utility management or property management. Demonstrated strong organizational skills coupled with an amicable and approachable disposition. Foundational comprehension of utilities and billing procedures, coupled with a proactive attitude towards learning and development. Capable of annually reviewing rates to uphold optimal pricing and cost-effectiveness. Exemplifies attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking.
