Field Service Technician

The Field Services Technician will perform installations at customer locations for wireless internet, phone, and tv services.
Responsibilities
Perform installations at customer locations for wireless internet, phone, and tv services Perform service calls to customer locations to repair wireless internet, phone, and tv services and equipment Install and adjust wireless internet radios and satellite dishes Install and replace ethernet and coax cabling in and around building structures Configure routers and router technologies Assist customers with connecting devices to the internet, set up tv receivers and remotes, and repairing other problems related to internet, phone, and tv services Qualifications Climb and scale small towers or buildings, roofs, tv towers, ladders from 22-30 ft tall Basic understanding of technology and networking Must possess excellent customer service skills Must be able to handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner Must have active listening skills Valid Driver's License Good Driving Record REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED Construction or hands-on outside work experience WORK ENVIRONMENT must work in most weather conditions PHYSICAL DEMANDS Fit and crawl in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and basements Climbing 22-30 ft heights on ladders OTHER DUTIES This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
