The Finance Manager Benelux reports to the Group CFO and the Country Director and is responsible for the A:to:Z finance management for the Benelux scope.Client DetailsOur client is an international company active in the healthcare sector.In order to support their development, we are currently recruiting a Finance Director with a Benelux scope.Their offices are located Diegem.DescriptionAs the Finance Director, you are responsible for the A:to:Z finance management for the Benelux scope.In this position, you report tothe Country Director in Belgium and the Group CFO. You manage a team of 4 persons based in Belgium and in The Netherlands.Your main tasks consist in:Managing a team of 4 Accountants and Controllers based in Belgium and in The NetherlandsHaving the full ownership of the Balance Sheet, P and L and Cash Flow for the 3 countriesActing as a Finance Business Partner for the Country Directors and Managers of the different divisions (budgets, forecasts and recommendations to the business)Managing the treasury and cash planningBeing the referent for the Tax aspects
