We are in the search of a General Manager who is in charge of the following responsibilities:Manage and supervise the operation and management of the hotel.Elaborate an annual budget and capex for the corporate office.Supervise and approve the financial:banking operations of the hotel.Represent the hotel before authorities and public/legal procedures.Approve the requirements for the purchase of operating assets, products and/or services required by the different areas of the hotel.Participate in the personnel selection processes in coordination with the Head of Human Resources and Head of the area involved.Sign checks for payments to suppliers, services, etc. in coordination with the Head of Administration and Finance.Coordinate with CorporateManagement to establish service policies and execute them.Graduates of Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or related careers.Advanced English.Minimum experience of 10 years leading hotels.Experience in luxury hotels.Exclusive rates for Marriott International Hotels.Intursa is a peruvian hotel chain with over 35 years in the market.
