Drive the improvement of the development process execution in AUX organisation Region Asia projects (developed internally or with external resources or suppliers)c. Defines innovative solutions for Engineering processes execution and Quality assurance in development.e. Handles escalation of all Quality related risks from Engineering side within AUX organisation Region Asia3. Align Development QMP structure and tasks for UX development,.Common definition/deployment of roles for Development QMPs (SW, EE, ME, DT ,System)Establish and maintain the appropriate structure, resources and ensure consistency in competence, motivation and efficiency of the Development Quality team Regional Asia.4. Development Process Improvementsa. Is pushing Engineering Process related improvements by systematically following gaps in process execution and systemic root causes.b. Is representing the voice of Engineering process execution in Engineering Process development and deployment5. Risk Management for A UX organization Region Asia Developmenta. Consolidation of major risks within A UX organization Region Asia developmentb. Generation of mitigation plans with development A UX organization Region Asia.c. Handles escalation of all Quality related risks from Engineering side within A UX organization Region Asia.6. Manage A UX organization Region Asia. Development preventionof recurrencea. Moderation of prevention of recurrence within Development by identifying and addressing systemic problemsb. Transfer of prevention of recurrence to other stakeholders7. Implement A UX Quality mindset in development and External engineering suppliersa. Is in constant contact with development organization Asia Region and drives implementation of Quality via specific strategic actionsb. Installation of improvement activities following the 5 strategic topics and RD Quality strategy8. Manage customer Development Quality escalations specific to Asia Regiona.
