One of this business units is: Durabilis Lifestyle located in Perú**Your Role**Our company is looking for a **Hospitality Leader **for _Durabilis Lifestyle _business unit, who will oversee managing the hostel and restaurant operation. You will work in Fundo Hass - Chincha Perú.**What will be your role?**Your work will ensure top quality services for our customers- Supervise the following services: lifestyle condominium, restaurant, country club, glamping, tiny houses, etc.- Ensure quality standards of the brand.- Maintain a business relationship with vendors and suppliers- Establish and follow an operational budget- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality- Organize and oversee hostel industry events and conferences.- Supervise Durabilis hospitality staff and create specific task lists for each position.- Engage owners, guests, and country club members directly.- Design, develop and execution of hospitality policies according to the brand.- Coordinate administrative functions with different teams of the company.- Solve services problems that may arise with customers.- Make KPIs monthly report.**Who are you?**We are looking for someone who is concise, autonomous, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Hospitality and Tourism, others.- Approximately 5-8 years of work experience in similar job positions.- Experience in an international hospitality service.- You are sensitive to customer needs and focused on providing an excellent customer service.- You are a team player with a positive attitude and diplomatic skills.
