To manage process Recruitment and Selection activities by following company policies and procedures.2. To work closely with all departments on their staffing needs.3. To develop and maintain effective networks (e.g. job fairs, events on campus, etc.)4. To manage the induction program for newly join staff.5. To update, manage and to ensure the accuracy of employee records/data6. To coordinate with payroll and provide all relevant information of new joiner, contract renewal, and off:boarding workers for monthly payroll process.7. To prepare Importante empresa and recruitment report weekly, monthly and annually.8. To assist in recruitment and selection?s budget and forecast planning.9. To ensure the cleanliness of the work environment.10.
