The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through regular outbound retailer contact. The ISR will represent the company in day-to-day retailer contact and will be responsible for supporting long-term relationships with the goal of increasing prepaid retailer performance.Some of the ISR responsibilities include working closely with ther epay employees such as the sales team, operation, products, customer service and finance. Also, will include communication with retail owner, retailers' sales associates. Master agents/ ISO personnel to assist them in managing their prepaid airtime business and to ensure their satisfaction with the epay program.Main responsibilitiesGenerating leads.Meeting or exceeding sales goals.Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.Requires high volume of outbound calling, with an eagerness to assume multiple responsibilities, challenges, and make informed decisions quickly.Understanding and promoting company programs (Verizon, AT&T, Cricket nd more)Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.Experience with objection-handling and sales negotiation.Perform retailer sales analysis as required to identify areas of risk and profit opportunity.Training will be provided for the position***Requirements**:Sales Background is required.Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.**Strong professional English skills**: Oral and writtenTalkative and assertiveIntermediate Level in ExcelInitiative is a must.**Benefits**:**We offer**:- Base salary + commissions.- Permanent position- On site position- Schedule from Monday to Saturday, only 40 hours a week.- We offer all the tools needed for the position.- Annual Salary increase based on performance.- Life and Health Insurance- Tuition Reimbursement- Advance your career by joining an organization that believes in promoting from within- Business casual office
