With a purpose to connect people and places with a world of possibilities, we are the travel people who work globally, live locally and go the extra mile to help our partners extend their reach.**Key Responsibilities**:- Record entries (COGS, Payable to suppliers, Revenue, Receivable to customers, Cash Payment/collection, overhead expenditure, advance and reimbursement)- Coordinate with other departments to verify and clear discrepancies with suppliers.- Ensure invoice from suppliers meets all local regulations- Settle OPEX payment on time and no double payment- VAT reconcile and VAT receipt follow up for further claimable.- Ask as well as participate in any trainings or upskilling recommended by Finance team leader or you feel relevant to your role- Support Finance team leader in various projects to expand on your existing knowledge- Support the Month End closing in countriesTo be with Discova is more than just an internship.
