Job Purpose The Product Development and Pricing Support Manager (PDPSM) is responsible for providing business requirements, completing and signing off user acceptance test and ensuring the PND1 progress is on track To achieve this objective, the Product Development and Pricing Support Executive (PDPSE) will report to the PDPSM and the Product Implementation team to support the delivery of product non day 1 functionalities. Responsibilities Business Requirement (BR) and Model for Ops Support Provide user requirements on PND1 features Review and signoff BR scenarios to ensure requirements are supported through system or Ops Support Ensure that model to support scenarios that are not catered in system are provided to Ops Support team User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Deployment Review of BR to ensure that the requirements are consistent with the product design Work with Information Technology (IT) department to signoff UAT test scenarios Review and signoff UAT test results with Model for Ops Support, to ensure results are as expected and manual process involving Product and Pricing team is documented Provide handover and training to Ops Support team for all new feature rollout Verify rates and monitor actual production transactions upon new feature rollout Provide updates to project manager and Product Implementation Working Co. Support the new product rollout in the following areas:Join weekly product task force meeting to align on new product rollout dates and new PND1 to be included. Provide input and impact assessment of new product and its PND1 features to ensure gaps and risk are identified and made known in 3:way reconciliation process Knowledge transfer to Ops Support team Provide guidance and ensuring timely delivery of PND1 items to be cleared every quarterin a year (OKR) Join PND1 product priority meeting (currently on fortnightly basis) and work on prioritizing and re:prioritizing PND1deliverables Provide guidance to PDPSE in day to day work to ensure a smooth implementation through hands:7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prior working experience in the insurance or financial sectors is preferred. Knowledge of product development and understanding of product development process in the insurance industry (preferred) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good relationship management skills Ability to working independently Strong organizational skills and ability to multi:task Strong negotiation skills Full:Time position(s) available.
