This person would work with a team that deploys and configures NCTE's Navy Training Baseline (NTB) (e.g. JSAF, JBUS, etc) across the enterprise and performs other Importante empresa and project activities in order to sustain LVC products and integrated capability within the NCTE. This position is located in Japan at Importante empresa Training Group Pacific:Detachment Yokosuka (TTGP:DY) and a minimum 2 year commitment is required.- Must have a thorough understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems and be able to use advanced capabilities such as (but not limited to):scripting, network interface configuration, device configuration, file sharing/mapping, etc.- Installs new NTB software releases, upgrades, and patches- Provides Importante empresa related support for NTB setup and configuration during the planning and execution of training events- Evaluates and resolves moderately complex software related problems- Troubleshoots problems and coordinates with other teams when problems occur- Develops and maintains technical architecture, configuration, and statusdocumentation- Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resourcesMinimum Qualifications2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 6 years applicable work experience.
