Peru and Brazil Vegetable SSHE LeadTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide personnel, expertise and the management system framework to perform SSHE expert support of Peru PS VS and Brazil VS PS locations, including local SSHE Management System setup, safety assessments, management of local governmental processes regarding SSHE aspects and performance reporting BAYSIS, Intelex).Assist with SSHE compliance training and inspect labs, growers, tollers, sites and field operations to ensure compliance with occupational safety, environment and health standards.Ensure development of the SSHE Engineer and OM Team in their technical and development skills. Leadership, recruiting and development of employees for their teams.Promote the use of global safety trend analysis and direct the proper use of root cause incident investigations and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment and materials.Establish operational objectives, giving structure to local SSHE programimplementation and task execution. Delegate relevant activities to SSHE Specialists.Monitor performance and effectiveness of SSHE programs and local SSHE management systems, which are in place to ensure compliance. Analyze data and advise on appropriate measures to prevent new or recurring accidents.Prepare and facilitate SSHE Management Reviews, internal audits and support the continuous improvement cycle.Create, coordinate and maintain processes on SSHE administration for external certifications ISO 14001, ISO45001, Responsible Care, etc.).Actively participate in the development and execution of the Global and LATAM SSHE implementation strategy.Manage SSHE budget in a cost:effective way and define priorities.Approve SSHE reviews, SSHE local Policy and Procedures, Capital Projects, OPAs as appropriate.WHO YOU ARERequired to work at ICA, Peru.University Degree or higher in HSE, Importante empresa, Science, or related fields is required.A minimum of 6:7 years of professional business experience with growing responsibilities, including leadership roles is required.Proven HSE experience or knowledge of HSE related processes.
