Qualifacts was recognized in the 2022 and 2023 Best in KLAS: Software and Services report as having the top ranked Behavioral Health EHR solutions.**We follow a hybrid model, so employees are expected to be in the office 2 days per week.****The Opportunity**:**Your Responsibilities**:- Supports Strategic Program Manager in definition and implementation of program "playbook".- Defines and manages internal communication plan, from team level through executive.- Manage cross team dependencies, timeline, risks, milestones, escalations of issues.- Tracks progress across all teams and escalates as necessary.- Manage & monitors project plans, schedules and budgets.- Collaborate with external parties (e.g., partners, vendors or legal entities).- Tracks and measures customer migration, revenue generation and adherence to vendor minimum volume commitments- Coordinates and leads projects to extend to additional platforms in 2025 and beyond**Qualifications**:- Bachelors' degree (additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)- 5 years' experience in a project-management or related role.
