The Scrum Master filling this role must lead from a position of influence, often taking a servant:leadership stance and be adept at developing Scrum in to the orgainsation.**Job Description**:Clearing obstacles asap for the team to continue delivering the sprintsAddressing team dynamics using one to one sessions and various techniques used during retrospectivesEnsuring a good relationship between the team and the Product Owner/BAs as well as others outside the team. Able to communicate at all levels effectivelyProtecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, and Retrospectives for multiple teams.
