Access to ERM's national experts provides knowledge sharing of best practices across the industry and ongoing learning opportunities for our team.At ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.Accountabilities- Meeting personal billability at the budgeted rate, personal sales contribution targets and relevant BU target.- Providing leadership to achieve health and safety excellence, including developing ERM and Subcontractor understanding of ERM' s commitment to safe working and the importance of adherence to ERM's and client 's safety management requirements.- Identifying new commercial opportunities within the project.- Leading the project team and building its reputation within ERM in terms of project management expertise and delivering exceptional performance.- Providing the project team with clear visibility of the project objectives, and the benefits expected by the client and ERM.- Designated projects which may be in a variety of countries.- PM for low to moderate complexity, scale, and risk profile projects- Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit program.- Profitability of project through efficient completion of activities, identification of changes or possible changes to scope, time, budget.- Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements.- Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks.- Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence.- Future sales through identification of possible change orders and new opportunities.- Project risk should be minimized by compliance with the project plan, PIC approval of deliverables and the ERM risk management process.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Climate Science, Environmental Science related disciplines.- C1 English proficiency level and higher.- Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental consulting and knowledge of environmental due diligence projects.- Familiarity with environmental regulations and ideally have multiple sector experience, including O&G, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, infrastructure.- Solid knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards, understanding of core business and legal concepts of business transactions, and continued interest in working on transactions.- Climate change and LCET expertise preferred.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; experience writing comprehensive technical reports.- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.- Strong MS Office computer skills.- Experience providing consulting to the financial sector in ESG analysis of companies from different sectors.Background:Since establishing our first local presence in the LAC region in 1990's, ERM has enjoyed steady growth and today we employee circa 900 employees in the region.
