What the role isSelina is looking for a highly driven Senior Commercial Vice President to establish and lead the commercial strategy for all Selina locations around the world. In this role you will have the opportunity to impact the companys revenue through effective strategies to position, market and sell the Selina brand worldwide. This is a role for passionate, commercially:driven and goal oriented individual and hard working leader who gets things done What you will be doingAligns the commercial organizations objectives and strategy with Selinas corporate business strategy Actively participates in corporate strategic planning, commercial strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting. Responsible for effective organization design, including commercial job roles, sales channel design, partnerships and commercial resource deployment. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives. Establishes and governs the commercial organizations guiding principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales, marketing and partnerships positions. Provides leadership to the commercial organizations management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high:performance, and ethical behavior.Accountable for the proper management of the commercial organizations budget.Constantlyassesses the need for organizational andstrategic change, championing change initiatives.Leads the commercial organization change and improvement initiatives What you need for the role8 years of experience in senior commercial position in the hospitality industryVast experience working with OTAs, Meta Search providers, Revenue management,sales, Travel Agencies ,Call center, distribution channels optimization and more unique and updated channels on the travel and hospitality business. Experience in managing commercial strategies in multinational organizationsStrong leadership and managerial abilities, Experience of managing departments with more than 100+ employees worldwide.
