DescripciónLocation:Cusco, PeruStart Date:January 2023Placement Length:12 MonthsLanguage Requirements:Spanish Level 4:AdvancedPlease submit a Spanish Resume and Statement of InterestOpen to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada OnlyThe Volunteer's Role As a Youth Entrepreneurship Advisor, you will support the Kallpa team by providing guidance, training and technical assistance to young people and adolescents for their insertion into the market through business entrepreneurship. You can support young people to improve their capacities to increase their entrepreneurial opportunitiesAs a volunteer, you will:Participate in the organization, implementation and evaluation of business entrepreneurship and financial education workshops for adolescents and young people. Organize and implement personalized advice for young entrepreneurs using CJEI services to develop their business plans and marketing strategies. Strengthen the projects social networks to promote the products and services of young people from the Entrepreneurship Seedbed and the services and activities of the CJEI. Other related tasks that may be necessary as required by the CJE coordinators and/or the Cuso Country Representative. Essential Requirements:Bachelors degree in economics, business administration, social sciences, social work, finance, marketing or related fields.Essential Background:Experience in working with adolescents and young people, in training, and personal and/or organizational development processes. Excellent skills in facilitating training processes. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of and commitment to social inclusion and gender equality.:Ability to work under pressure and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. What's in it for YOU?
