Account Manager : Peru

Job OverviewTE Connectivitys Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TEs products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. This role will be responsible for generating and managing the Sales for Utility segment in Peru Key Tasks- Generate demand and specify TE products by Field Trials on new and existing products, Technical Presentations, Seminars, Customer Visits and other approaches with customers and channels. Manage, streamline and consolidate the Distribution and Representative Channels in his respective segment. Based on customer feedback, provide input to TE product management and Engineering in expanding and enhancing current product portfolio. Get the knowledge of the main competitors in each customer segment (Utility, EPC's, OEM's, Channels), Market prices, average required lead times, technologies accepted in regards TE Energy products. Responsibility to inform and anticipate huge tenders that will require the building of Inventory not based on monthly:historic usage. Create a consistent "base business" in each of his customer segments, avoiding the high dependence at CFE purchases winning just huge projects to achieve FY targets. Create and implement a consistent action plan with focus on his major key accounts with the goal to increase his sales in 30 in 3 years. Qualifications
