From small-scale renovations to large-scale endeavors, we bringexpertise and innovation to every project We're looking for a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst who will support the CFOand CEO in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and analysis for a construction company with multiple ongoing projects.**Roles and Responsibilities**:**Financial Reporting**:- Generate accurate and detailed Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each project. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.**Bookkeeping**:- Record project income and expenses, maintaining organized accounts for accurate financial tracking.**Bank Reconciliation**:- Reconcile all bank transactions to ensure financial integrity and reliability of financial data.**Project Analysis**:- Analyze financial data for each project to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic decision-making.**Compliance and Auditing**:- Ensure all financial practices comply with state and federal regulations. Assist with internal and external audit processes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience (2+ years) in financial analysis and accounting.- Advanced English (required).- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Office.**Skills**:- Meticulous attention to detail in bookkeeping and financials to ensure accuracy in records.- Strong analytical skills for deciphering complex financial data and offering valuable insights.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, teams, excel, word).- Communication skills to effectively collaborate with CFO, and CEO presenting financial data.**Physical Setting**: Fully remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ES**Salary**: S/.3,500.00 - S/.5,400.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 30/11/2023
