Our factory in Timisoara is the main factory, where production of 5G Antenna technology takes place for customers around the globe.Your team is supporting Timisoara production site.What you will doDefine production orders for the production of mobile communication antennas; keeps track of them;Launch into manufacturing the production orders;Keep close to Head of Warehouse, Head of the Production Department and Shift Leaders at the time when the order appointments have been completed in the system;Plans the dispatching of scheduled orders to workstations;Prioritizes manufacturing orders according to available resources; schedules the date on which the production dispatchers collect from the warehouse the materials and raw materials necessary for the orders entering into production;Supervises the observance of the schedule made; ensures that missing parts from an order are released;Seizes any problems of production capacity at certain operations;Takes preventive measures by advance appointment and/or proposes overtime work or possible new investments to increase the production capacity;Builds relationships / actions / framework of activities for the creation of a united collective and stimulation of interest in work;Represents and supports the interests of the department in relation to other departments of the company;Monitors the individual performances of coordinated team through internal processes.You will bringUniversity degree;Relevant experience in production planning field;Proven experience in people management in multinational environment;Organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects;Good communication and people skills, attention to detail;Knowledge of planning, organization, mentorship and management techniques;Proficient in English and Romanian.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, youll have an outstanding opportunity.
