Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for invoicing process controls and system issue resolution.- Freight services and payments conciliation- Own transportation KPIs reporting (POD, lead times, cost, and choices)- Follow and measure daily performance of carriers, find gaps, and prepare an improvement plan together with DC outbound team, carriers and others key stakeholders.- Improve overall transportation KPIs (OTIF, Speed, Sustainability, and cost) for our omnichannel business (ecomm, retail and wholesale)- Be customer centric in everything we do, recommending and developing new key metrics to help enhance the customer delivery experience.- Build automized reports (Excel, Data warehouse, or web based) for team use.- Develop, manage, and update regional transportation decks and scorecards.- Key Relationships:- A bachelor's degree from industrial engineering, business administration or related.- Demonstrated data analytics skills.- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytics environment - preferably with a supply chain and/or transportation management background.- Advance Excel Level.- Advance English Level.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
