Key Responsibilities:- Timely and accurate month and quarter end closing following the applicable local and US GAAP Accounting standards and company financial policies.. - P repare and process month:end regular journal entries; prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; gathering data and generating reports in support of trend analysis.. - Preparation and generation Monthly and quarterly reporting and MIS Package and analysis.. - Lead and Participate on various corporate and JAPAC Process improvement and transformation projects.. - Prepare Tax and Audit schedules, annual tax filings, liase with tax consultants and Internal and Statutory auditors.. - Assess system capabilities and process efficiencies, and make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades; manage continuous improvement within scope of responsibility.. - O ther Adhoc duties as assigned time to time.. Education and Experience:- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field is required. - Certified CA, MBA, CPA, CMA is a plus. - 3:5 years of relevant experience is required.
