You will be joining a team made up of expats and locals alike - all committed to reducing inequality of the delivery of social services such as education and healthcare and connectivity (roads, telecomms).If you are searching for an opportunity to work in a supportive, high-energy team while delivering a one-of-its-kind program of social infrastructure, please register your interest!Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:- Safety first - Going home safe and well- Client focus - Deliver on our promise- Integrity - Always do the right thing- Create opportunity - for our people to excel.You'll be responsible for:- Works with the project team to assist in the delivery of the project objectives in line with the project plan.- Monitors and actively engages in relevant health, safety and wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages.- Assists in the preparation and modifications of the project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project/s.- Collaborates with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored in line with service excellence.- Attends and records relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.- Partners with relevant stakeholders and is actively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments.- Assists in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within the agreed timeframes.- Assists in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.- Understands the businesses priorities through construction to production, digital and data and responsible business.- Supports the project and programme management team activities relating to external / third-party client appointments.- Conducts research, analysis, record-keeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operation.- Identifies solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problem-solving.- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.You'll need to have:- Project management experience, another professional service and/or fundamental knowledge of construction and industries and understanding of programme, scheduling, procurement and reporting.- Problem solving and analytical skills for resolving project office issues.Interpersonal skills to prepare reports and build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.- Broad knowledge and perspectives to extract elements into a coherent strategic view.- Outline knowledge and appreciation in specific sector/market of project/role.- Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s.- Appreciation of health and safety executive (HSE) rules and specific sector/market regulations relevant to project portfolio.- Outline knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property sectors/markets.- Seeks opportunities for learning and implementing improved working practices and service differentiation. Develops working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Uses communication skills to collaborate with others to guide others to achieve project key performance indicators (KPIs).- Good interpersonal skills to prepare reports, negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.- Learning and developing problem solving and analytical skills for resolving planning, estimating, contract administration and procurement issues within construction and design activities.- Be willing to be mentored, learn from others.- Competencies include planning and organising, problem solving and analytical thinking, technology and process, verbal communication, written communication.- Understands personal strengths and weaknesses, seeks learning and support where appropriate.- MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or (local equivalent)- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or const
