Associate Recruiter

Proactively develop potential recruiting sources, maintain sourcing channel statistics, determine recruiting objectives, and maintain sourcing data in the appropriate talent acquisition systems.Primary responsibilities:Focus on proactively attracting top talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologiesPartner closely with the Recruiter on role briefings, helping to define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies to help identify and engage the best talentEnsuring the shortlist for each vacancy you support has diverse representationMaintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systemsConducting market mapping activitiesExperience/Skills:Comfortable working in a fast:paced multinational environment with colleagues and clients all over EuropeMUST be able to speak, read, and write fluent EnglishBeing bilingual in either Polish or Hungarian is preferredThe full legal right to work in the EU now and in the future without any form of work visa/authorization sponsorship
