Business case (Why is this role important). This person is responsible for 25 of the turnover of Modern Trade, and 13 of the turnover of Total Peru, and will be in charge also of developing E Comm Channel.Is responsible for the execution of plans in the POS aligned to the Focus Plan, Align plans with third:party supervisors and merchants, distribution of our portfolio and new products, growth opportunities Share, price strategy execution and Collections. This territory needs a full:time executive to continue developing them and continuing operations without disruption.SUMMARY OF ROLE* Develop Joint Business plan withClient- Plan strategies to ensure the development of the client, to ensure the Companys Commercial and Financialgrowth.* Design and execute the commercial plan of the account and the execution of the activities.* To achieve the excellence in the execution of all the variables of the Company, this implies:Achieving Sales Quota:Achieving Distribution objectives (Numeric Distribution, Cumulative Weighted Distribution, Weighted Distribution, Total Distribution Points):Gain Market Share:Guarantee Fundamentals execution at POS (Pricing Strategy, Listing New Products, Core Distribution, Share of Shelf, Planograms, Shelf Participation).Develop E Comm Channel ( Pure Players, Brick and Clicks, Dark Stores etc)Request:Experience in Modern Trade Channel and E Comm (knowledge on Brick and Clicks, PurePlayers:E Comm formats / or in charge of a project in E Comm)
