About this opportunity One of our critical hires is for a Clinical Specialist, who is a dentistry professional, self:starter, and change agent. This role requires the ability to focus and deliver in a rapidly changing environment. You must have a strong desire to learn, execute, and collaborate. By rolling up your sleeves, you will work in a team environment providing clinical support and expertise related with clinical treatment and procedures to agents, working closely with your supervisor and the person responsible for the system support related concerns. You will receive training on Align systems, procedures and policies that will help you to execute your daily activities with the quality expected needed to meet theglobalbusiness objectives. In this role, you will... Provide clinical support to treatment cases to the designers through coaching and feedback. Be responsible for managing treatment quality monitoring and clinical profiling in assigned team. Ensure yourself and treatment designers are proficient in Align proprietary software. Manage clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide support to customer situations and take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion. Collaborate in clinical training at all levels (agents, clinical colleagues, customers, sales organization, etc.). Manage product safety reports by working with regulatory and quality assurance teams and propose ideas to improve product safety. In this role, youll need... Dentistry Degree Desired English B2 level (upper) or above No work experience is required.
