Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a huge e:Commerce, marketing, and manufacturing group that builds and expands transformative brands online is looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities:Work closely with area managers worldwide and partnering up with them to create and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the right talent for the areas already mentioned. Once the strategy is set, you will be involved in the whole recruiting process, including job posting, passive search, interviewing, coordinating background and reference checking process.:Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals according to the Top Grading Methodology.:Evaluate the Cultural Fit alignment and provide recommendations. Must have:At least 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience within fast paced and dynamic companies (preferably, technology, marketing, or online companies).:High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field is strongly preferred.:Strong English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken (This is a mandatory requirement).:Highly analytical and results driven.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.:Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
