Blender/Processor

Job Family: Operations/Warehouse/Processing- Business Unit: SBU North America- Location: Tangent, OR, US, OR 97389**General Description**: Ensures the accuracy for order processing and blending, while meeting deadlines and providing effective quality assurance for shipments.**Job Summary**:The Blender Processor is responsible for processing orders in a timely manner. This is a unique role that works with many different departments, therefore the ability to work collaboratively and positively with multiple departments is required.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Receive customer orders from sales team.- Process orders to ship timely and meet deadlines for customer requirements.- Track inventory through our software system for orders and availability.- Consistently read and respond to all correspondence.- Successfully complete all training as requested.- Maintain communication with supervisors on shipment issues.- Assisting with other duties as assigned by manager.**Qualifications**:- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and follow-up skills with attention to detail.- 2+ years of similar experience in increasingly responsible roles.- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.- Self-motivated and ability to remain focused in an open office space.- Ability to work overtime hours as necessary.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook).- Ability to make calculations.- Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.**Preferred**:- Associates Degree or higher.- 5+ years of quality work experience.- Industry experience.- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software.
