The position of Business Development Manager is responsible for assisting in new business development efforts related to the company. Furthermore, this position will also be responsible to assist identifying new investment opportunities in Peru and other LATAM countries. The position requires deep research and analytical skills in order to uncover new business/investment opportunities and assist developing a strategy to realize the deal, participates actively in the execution of the investment and business deals.**_ Specific Areas of Responsibility: _**- Works primarily on the company business development for both existing and new projects in Peru and other Latin America markets.- Researches market and companies, and assists elaborating presentations for Management.- Assists in execution of due diligence, structuring, valuation, documentation, negotiation etc., including with Post Merger Integration.- Must perform market analysis, analyzing financial statements, reviewing complex financial projection models, preliminary valuation analysis (CF approach, Market approach), and making presentation materials.- Acts as manager. Sets timeframe and procedures for accomplishing projects under the guidance of the Director of the department. Instructs and co-works with outside advisors and internal related department, including Tokyo headquarters.**_ Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills_**- At least 3-year experience in investment and business development, or other area where new business is originated and evaluated. At least one closing experience of an investment deal is necessary. Financial services and consulting firm experience also of interest.- Proficiency in English mandatory.- Outstanding quantitative, e.g., Excel and analytical abilities required- Strong knowledge in finance, accounting- Project management skills- Strong communications and presentation skills.- Flexible, collaborative and works well across teams.- MBA desirable
