Job DescriptionTo oversee all aspects for company owned retail stores in Per and Colombia including Merchandising, Purchase Orders, OTB, Store Inventory Allocations and In Store Marketing and visual execution.Develop compelling assortment selections tailored to Peru and ColombiaProcure product assortments across all gender and divisional departments that will drive sales based on local needs, store volume, sku count requirements, and store capacities.Adhere to financial buy plans as outlined by Planning Team to ensure optimal stock procurement.Manage weekly allocations flow of new product delivery and replenishment on key items.Effectively achieve company sales plans by consistently reviewing and editing product assortments within bulks and stores on a weekly basis.Review assortment sell thru, and individual store selling to maximize sales opportunities.Create a markdown cadence to liquidate slow and aging product in both concept and outlet stores.Coordinate monthly transfers and consolidations between storesto improve sell out.Complete weekly and monthly recaps detailing sales and inventory results, shortfalls, growth opportunities.Communicate with store managers targeting merchandising, visual objectives, sales opportunities, and local inventory needs.Implement all corporate directives focused on merchandising, visual standards, pricing requirements, marketing objectives.- Supervise Buyers and Allocator in Peru and Colombia giving them direction according merchandise, purchase orders, OTB, store inventory allocations and in store marketing and visual execution.- Fluently communication whit Planner Team of each country to achieve sales goals.Possess a strong understanding for local market holidays and their merchandising requirements for product depth and maximum sales.**Qualifications**:Must have 5 years of experience in merchandise managing with a medium to large size retailerMust have Bachelors degree preferably with a business backgroundExperience in managing teams is desired.- English required.Availability to travel.Additional Information
