Please log onto pepsicojobs/main/china to find more career possibilities in PepsiCo China.Roles:As a team member, the CSR Specialist shall support CSR Sr. Manager to execute CSR projects in line with the Global/GCR philanthropic strategy for PepsiCo's enlarged social impact.:Besides, the CSR Specialist shall working with team and build the corporate image of PepsiCo as a leading player of F and B and responsible corporate citizen in China.:He/she also support CA VP, CA team on admin including the team in SH.Accountabilities:Support the execution of the CSR strategy and philanthropic programs by PepsiCo China, including but not limited to those in the field of Nutrition, Environment and Economic Assistance;:Deliver the events/campaigns by CSR projects, including speech draft, video preparation, case study etc.:Coordinate for the employee engagement in conjunction with the corporate CSR programs:Assist the process of employee donations under CSR programs by working with HR:Support the matching gifts program sponsored by the PEP Foundation;:Monintor and update CSR policy trend and peers' movements in Chinaon monthly basis;:Operate the Focused Giving Application and act as the China Point of Contact (PoC) to upload the donation records on monthly basis;:Assist CSR communication by working with Comms team:Support the admin of CA team including that in SH:Cooridate CA comms with other functions:Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit ratingWork Relationships:Internal:CA team members:HR:Legal/Compliace/Finance:MKT:Argo teamExternal:NGOs:Governments/Media:Institutions:AgenciesQualifications/RequirementsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of solid experience in CSR or Comms field;:CSR/Philanthropy experience in MNCs, Consultancy and/or NGO preferred;:Bachelor's degree or above in social science, communications or business administration;:Good Chinese and English in spoken expression and writing capability;:Multi:tasking with priorities and capable of dealing with confidential information.:Differentiating Competencies Required:Multi:tasking with ability to balance amongst priorities;:Down to earth and hands on complicated missions;:Resonate to the disadvantage groups and consider himself/herself as one of the beneficiaries:Analytical thinking, courageous enough to be a problem solver;:Strong coordination skills both internally and externally.Relocation Eligible:Not ApplicableJob Type:Regular
